The whole manual, open to read before you start — every stat, curve, drop rate and rule the game runs on. Nothing here is hidden from new players.
Six currencies. Gold, Achievement Tokens and AL$ trade for one another at the Central Bank’s Exchange desk; the rest have their own sources and sinks. Everything lands automatically except Achievement Tokens, which you claim at the Achievements Hall.
| Currency | Earned by | Spent on |
|---|---|---|
| Gold | Defeating monsters — by hand or by Mercenary — plus dungeon chests and bank interest | Shop crew, bag slots and titles; crafting and upgrades; gold summons; crew training |
| Achievement Tokens | Kill and gather counters, the Arena, dungeon runs, donated artifacts — claimed at the Achievements Hall | Artifact and pet summons; finishing a crew training early |
| AL$ | Traded for at the Central Bank’s Exchange desk every day, the Dark Carnival’s Event Shop and bonus chest, referral rewards, and 20% cashback on real-money purchases | Whole premium packs, at 1 AL$ = 1 US dollar |
| Gathered materials | The twenty gathering nodes, and material drops from some monsters | Crafting, gear upgrades, and offerings to the Blessing |
| Proficiency Tokens | Monster drops, or crafted at Workshop › Crafting › Token — Necklace and Ring tokens drop only from dungeon Alphas and Bosses and the Three-headed Hydra | Gear Slot Proficiency, one point per token |
| Event Points | Playing whichever event is running — staffing the Dark Carnival, catching ore in the Ancient Ruins | That event’s own Event Shop, until its claim period closes |
Only Gold, AL$ and Achievement Tokens can be deposited at the Central Bank for daily interest. Lucky Draw Tickets are the one extra: one per 1,000 Achievement Tokens earned by donating artifacts, each worth one Lucky Draw pull.
Attribute and mastery points come from levelling and are only spent on your own sheet. A few premium packs include a one-off bundle, but nothing trades for them. EXP is never spent; it accumulates, and your level is read off the total. No gems, no premium coins, no energy.
If a purchase refuses, check which currency it wants: the cost beside the button shows the same icon the HUD uses.
